About
I'm Phil. I built Dispatch Rep for one problem.
A plumber is on a job at 9 at night. The phone rings in the truck. He can't get to it. The caller doesn't leave a message. They call the next company on the list, and that company gets the work.
That happens every week across Halifax. Good tradespeople, great at the work, losing jobs because nobody picked up.
Dispatch Rep is my answer to that. It picks up every call after hours, gets true emergencies to you right away, and takes down everything else so you can call back in the morning. That's the whole job. I didn't want it to do fifty things. I wanted it to do this one thing well.
How I got here
I spent 16 years in retail. I watched promotions go to whoever had the right friends instead of whoever put in the work. At some point I stopped waiting for that to change and walked away.
I tried a lot of online business models after that. Most of them didn't work out the way I hoped. What I took from it was simple. Chasing the next shiny thing doesn't build anything. Focus does.
Along the way I taught myself to build software with no coding background. In October 2026 I cleared out every side project so NextWave Suite could do one thing: Dispatch Rep.
How I work
I'd rather show you than tell you. I share the build in public on TikTok and Threads, including the parts that don't go to plan. No income screenshots, no hype. Just what's actually happening.
When you work with me, you get the same thing. We sit down, go through the calls you actually get, and decide together what counts as an emergency. If Dispatch Rep isn't sorting calls the way you would, I fix it until it does.
I'm based in Halifax and I'm building this for trades here first.
