Privacy policy

NextWave Suite ("we", "us") runs nextwavesuite.com and the Dispatch Rep service from Halifax, Nova Scotia. This page explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you fill out the form: your name, business name, trade, town, phone number, email, the best time to reach you, your answers about your after-hours calls, and anything you add in the notes.

With the form, automatically: the page you first landed on, the site that sent you here, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked (like utm_source). This tells us which pages and posts are useful.

To stop spam: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser and IP address to confirm you're a person. Cloudflare handles that check under its own privacy policy.

When you browse: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other sites. This site doesn't set any advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use what you send to contact you about Dispatch Rep, to understand your calls, and to send you a confirmation that your form came through. We don't sell your information and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We won't add you to a mailing list without asking. If you ever get an email from us you don't want, reply and we'll stop.

Where it's stored

Form details are stored in our internal business system, which runs on Cloudflare. Confirmation emails are sent through Resend. These providers may store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws. Only NextWave Suite staff with a login can see your details.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we're talking with you about the service, and for as long as you're a client. If we don't end up working together, we delete them on request, and we review and clear out old leads regularly.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email phil@nextwavesuite.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
