From 2017, Jessica was balancing the demands of 2 careers. Serving her Country in the military, as well as providing service for wellness as a Registered Massage Therapist. Meanwhile, Phil spent nearly 20 years in the retail industry, with 16 of those years at the same company. (Costco)

Despite great pay and benefits, the corporate politics left them both yearning for something more. Their paths finally crossed on a community Zoom call in summer of 2023, and they knew right away that they shared a common goal:
