These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of NextWave Suite ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

Community Participation (Skool Platform)

Our community is hosted on the Skool platform. By joining and participating in our Skool community, you agree to the following:

1. Skool’s Terms & Privacy


You are also bound by Skool’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These govern your use of the Skool platform itself and apply in addition to our own community rules.

2. Our Community Guidelines


In addition to Skool’s rules, members of our community agree to:

• Treat other members with respect.

• Avoid spam, self-promotion, or harmful behavior.

• Share responsibly (no offensive, illegal, or infringing content).

• Follow any specific rules we set for challenges, promotions, or calls.

3. Content & Responsibility


Any content you post in the community remains your responsibility. You grant us and Skool a license to display that content within the community.

4. Removal & Access


We reserve the right to suspend or remove community access if members violate these guidelines or Skool’s platform rules.

Agency Service (NextWave Suite)


1. Subscription & Service Overview


NextWave Suite provides social media management services on a monthly or yearly subscription basis.

Our key features include:

- Social media management

- Content creation & posting automation

We do not offer free trials, but we do provide a 14-day money-back guarantee for new users.


2. User Responsibilities


- Users are solely responsible for complying with third-party terms (e.g., Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

NextWave Suite is not liable for any consequences resulting from a user's misuse of third party platforms.

3. Payments, Billing & Cancellations

- We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).

- There are no late fees or penalties for failed payments, but the account will be paused until payment is received.

- Users may cancel at any time, but they will not receive refunds for any payments already made.

- Upon cancellation, the user's account will remain active until the next renewal date, at which point service will be terminated, and no further charges will be incurred.


4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

- NextWave Suite retains ownership of all branded materials, services, and custom builds within the platform.

- Users retain ownership of any data or assets they upload and can take such property with them if they leave the platform.


Any custom-built automations, websites, or enhancements created within NextWave Suite remain the property of NextWave Suite and are not transferable upon account cancellation.


5. Account Termination


We reserve the right to terminate a user's account for any violations of these Terms and Conditions.

- Users will receive one warning before termination.

- Termination will only occur if the guidelines have been violated and the violation has been proven.


6. Limitation of Liability

NextWave Suite is not liable for:

- Service interruptions

- Third-party integration failures

- User-generated content

- Any other issues that is beyond our direct control

Users acknowledge that NextWave Suite is not responsible for business losses, reputational damage, or any indirect consequences resulting from the use of our service.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

All legal matters shall be governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state of Tennessee.
